About This Project
"Built the first AI-native prospect intelligence integration for Salesforce AgentForce, bringing 350M+ contacts and 35M+ companies into CRM workflows through natural language search—eliminating context-switching and transforming how sales teams discover prospects."
Project Vision
We built a native Salesforce AgentForce integration that puts AI-powered prospect intelligence directly inside the CRM—where salespeople actually work.
The Problem We Solved
Sales reps today juggle 7-12 tools (Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Nav, Apollo, Outreach, and more). This fragmentation costs teams $50K-$150K/year and eats up 15-20 hours weekly just switching between apps and copying data around. The painful reality: leave Salesforce, search elsewhere, copy-paste back, repeat 50+ times a day.
What We Built
The core idea was simple—bring the database to the CRM instead of making reps leave it.
With Sprouts Data Intelligence, a sales rep stays in Salesforce, types a natural language query like "Find VP of Sales at healthcare tech companies hiring aggressively," gets instant results, and creates Accounts or Leads with one click. No context-switching.
The integration includes two main modules:
Account Intelligence searches across 35+ million companies with filters for industry, size, location, tech stack, and funding signals. It handles one-click Account creation with duplicate detection and ICP matching.
Contact Intelligence covers 350+ million contacts with job title, seniority, and department targeting. It creates Leads or Contacts instantly, validates emails, and identifies decision makers.
Everything runs on Lightning Web Components matching Salesforce's native design, with sub-2-second search responses.
Why It Matters
This positions Sprouts as the only AI-native alternative to legacy tools like ZoomInfo and Apollo—not through API bolted on the side, but genuinely embedded in daily workflows. It opens up AppExchange distribution, Salesforce co-selling partnerships, and creates real stickiness since it's painful to rip out something your team uses every day.
